The main issue was fragmentation. Vendors, creators, and artists were active, but not in one system. Users had to move between platforms to find sellers or attend events. Real-time interaction, like live selling or streaming, was also missing.
Zedrox worked with the client to build a mobile-first platform that brings all of this together. The focus was not to overbuild, but to create something practical that people would actually use.
We designed a system where each user type has a clear role. Vendors can manage products, and creators or artists can showcase their work. Similarly, collectors can explore and engage. Live streaming and event features were added to make the platform more interactive. The result is a more connected space where users can discover, interact, and participate without switching between tools.
We used a simple and reliable stack that supports mobile usage and real-time features:
We supported the project from early structure to full development.
We built a mobile-first application using React Native for both iOS and Android, with the core features needed to launch and test the platform. This included setting up the main user flows, basic structure, and ensuring the app works smoothly across devices.
Different user types were set up with their own dashboards and flows, so each group could use the platform in a way that fits their needs. The platform was organised into clear hubs, making it easier to find vendors, creators, and artists.
Vendors can add, update, and manage their products through a simple dashboard. We also added an event calendar and live streaming capabilities. So, users can join shows, interact in real time, and engage more actively.
The system is built in a way that supports features like real-time communication, smart notifications, and monetisation. Some of these capabilities were introduced early, with the flexibility to expand further as the platform grows.
The platform made it easier for users to connect and take part in the community:
